In a pan add 1 cup water and oil for boiling pasta and cook till pasta boil upto 80% not fully

Once boiled drain out water and put pasta in cold water to stop cooking and keep it aside

Next in a pan add butter and oil next add ginger garlic paste mix well add onions & capsicum cook for 5-7 minutes for medium flame add tomato grated and mix well add salt & black pepper powder and cook for 5 mins next add 1/2 cup water and add both sauces and mix well

Lastly add pasta and mix well and add cheese and cook till cheese melts on slow flame.

Serve hot by sprinkle of black pepper powder over it.

Note:- You can add veggies & seasonings of your choice.
