Paneer and vegetables cutlets

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated paneer
  2. 1potato boiled & mashed
  3. 1 tspginger chilli paste
  4. 2 tbspcoriander finely chopped
  5. 4-5 Tbspgrated carrot
  6. 1/4 cupboiled peas
  7. 1/2 cupfinely chopped cabbage
  8. 2 Tbspcornflour
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  11. 2-3 Tbspbread crumbs
  12. 4-5 TbspOil for pan frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients in a big bowl (except oil)

  2. 2

    Mix and mash them well so that everything gets well combined

  3. 3

    Now take a small portion of the mixture and flatten slightly forming tikki.

  4. 4

    Use a cutter to give any shape if you want and put it on a greased plate.
    Like this make all
    I have used star shaped cutter

  5. 5

    Now heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on medium flame.
    flip over once the base turns golden brown.

  6. 6

    Fry both sides until it turns golden brown and crisp.

  7. 7

    Enjoy crispy vegetable cutlets with tomato sauce and evening tea.
