  1. 2 tbspStrawberry syrup
  2. 2 cupCoconut milk (thick milk)
  3. 1 tinCondensed milk
  4. 2 tbspGelatin
  5. 200 mlAmul fresh cream beaten

    Soak gelatin in quarter cup hot water for 5 min.then melt it in the double boiling system.

    Mix the coconut milk with strawberry syrup and sweet condensed milk.heat it on low flame.dont boil it.remove from heat.add melted gelatin.mix it well.

    Finally add beaten fresh cream and mix it again.pour it into a pudding mould.refrigerate it 15 min.unmould it and decorate it with strawberries
