Sauté the green onions, bell pepper, eggs, chopped cabbage, and bean sprouts. Then add the cooked rice and mix well.

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, coat them in flour and beaten egg, and fry until golden. Meanwhile, make the sweet and sour sauce by combining ketchup, lime juice, pineapple, sugar, salt, and a bit of green onion in a pot. Cook until thickened, then add the fried chicken pieces.

Once everything is ready, serve and enjoy.
