Ingredients

  • 2 cupspreboiled githeri
  • 1large onion diced
  • 2ripe tomatoes
  • 1small bell pepper diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vegetables oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute your onions till translucent... Add in your chopped tomatoes... Let them cook for a few minutes

  2. 2

    Add your pre boiled githeri...mix well...add the bell peppers and season as per your taste.

  3. 3

    Let it cook till the seasoning blends with everything else. Serve and enjoy
