1 cupAll-purpose flour
3 spoonsSugar
1/2 tspSoda powder
1/4 tspBaking soda
7 dropsVanilla essence
2 tspButter
4 tspRefined oil
1 cupMilk

Take a bowl and mix flour, sugar, soda powder and baking soda.

Add butter and oil to the mix slowly add milk to the mixture and whisk it in clockwise direction using a beater to make a thick batter. Batter should not be watery.

Add vanila essence to the batter and mix again.

Heat the pan and pour the mixture. Always use low flame to get the golden colour

Serve the pancakes by pouring honey over it.
