  • Grilled halloumi cheese
  • Dried tomato
  • Pecans
  • Butternut squash seeds
  • Dressing
  • 2 tbsBalsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsolive oil
  • 1 tbslemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast butternut squash cubed at 200 c for 20 minutes..

    Wash the seeds,drain and roast as well..
