Wash both the rice and soak in water overnight.

Wash and soak the fenugreek separately overnight.

Grind the soaked fenugreek seeds finely by adding water little by little and add soaked rice to that mixer and grind well. Transfer it to bowl and add salt to the batter and mix well and let it ferment for 10-12 hours depends on weather

Heat a pan and make dosa.
