In a Bowl add Yoghurt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and Garam Masala Powder. Whisk well.

In a Chopper add Garlic Cloves, Coriander Leaves Onion, and Green Chillies. Chop Well.

Add Oil in a pan. Add Black PepperCorns, Cloves, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamom, and Cinnamon Sticks. Mix for 10 Seconds.

Now in it add Onion and Green Chilli Mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add Liver (Kaleji) in it. Mix and Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Add the Yoghurt with Spices mixture in it. Cook for 4-5 Minutes again.

Cover and Cook on Medium Flame until Oil Separates. (Approx 4-5).

Uncover and Stir.

Add Lemon Juice and Cumin Seeds. Mix.

Cook for 4-5 minutes while Stirrings.

Add Salt. Mix.

Now you can Present the Yummy Kaleji to your Family.
