  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tbsprice flour
  • 4 Tbspmaida/All -purpose flour
  • 4 Tbspcorn flour
  • to tasteSalt

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a thick paste keep aside for 10 minutes

    After 10 min. Add water in it

    Cut the potatoes length wise

    Dip the potatoes in batter and fry

    Than again deep fry that fries will become crispy
