First take a pressure cook add washed mutton piece cut into small size.add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,/2 tsp salt then add one cup water and cover it.cook on high flame for one whistle then turn the flame medium and cooked for two whistle.turn off the flame and release the pressure naturally.open the lid and check out the mutton pieces become soft and tender.if there is excess water cook on high flame to remove the watee.let it cool.

Transfer the mutton pieces into mixing bowl then add all the above spices and lemon juice.add salt as your taste mix all ingredients very well.then add corn flour and mix don't use water.keep aaide

Take a kadhai add oil and heat it.now add some mutton pieces and fry on medium flame from both side.transfer into tissue paper. Serve hot with green chutney.
