Then marinate it to add yougart.salt.tikka masala.ginger garlic paste. Crushed cumin +red chilli. Grama masala powder. Oil

Mix it well.to combine all the spices

Keep it marinate at least 1 hr

Then cook on tawa untill it will turn soften and dry.
