Take a bowl and mix Sooji, khoya and Maida together and add there Cardamom powder and form a batter by using milk to it. Check it's consistency it should be pouring (like honey) not too tight. Keep it aside from at least 30 mins.

Now switch on the gas and place a frying pan there add little oil and ghee mix. Now take a ladle ful of batter on the pan. Cook it till it's color changes to brown or golden brown, then flit it to other side. Cook it for 2 to 3 mins and quickly pour it to the sugar syrup. Keep there for 10 mins.

Note: Always prefer to do it in low flame.

Like wise repeat the same with the other batter. It's done
