Teh tarik is a popular hot milk tea beverage most commonly found in restaurants, outdoor stalls and kopitiams within the Southeast Asian countries of Malaysia, Brunei Indonesia and Singapore. Its name is derived from the pouring process of "pulling" the drink during preparation.

In a saucepan, bring water to boiled 1 liter water, once the water already boiled let it rest for few minutes

Place tea dust in a cottontea strainer or tea bagsover one metal mug and add the boiled water.

Let it stand for 10 to 15 minutes before removing

In a separate metal mug add Condensed and evaporated milk, brown sugar, dark sugar.

Carefully pour two mixtures back and forth from the height of the arm's length to create a thick froth

Once frothy and well mixed pour the teainto two or 3 glasses and serve immediately (serving hot)
