Vermicelli fruit custard

Take a pan. Add ghee into it. Roast chopped dry fruits and keep it out after roasted. Add vermicelli and roast it till golden brown in colour.

Add milk. Boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Keep stirring constantly. Take 2 tsp custard powder and dissolve it in a bowl with cold milk and keep it aside. After 4 to 5 minutes of boiling add sugar and boil it for 4 minutes. Now add dissolved custard powder into it and boil it for 7to 8 minutes. With continue stirring. After 7 to 8 minutes switch off the flame. And let it cool.

Stir it in between cooling. Otherwise a thick layer of cream has been formed. When it becomes cool... refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours.

Àfter 3 hours take it out from refrigerate. And serve it with adding some nuts and fruits on top or between the custard.(Don't use pineapple in fruits because milk will turned bitter from pineapple.)
