This is a sweet which is liked by lord Ganeshawhich is popular in almost all the parts of INDIA!!!Kids favourite and is also liked by most of the people!!!It can be done in many ways ,like clubbing jaggery and coconut,dry coconut and sugar,roasted gram and sugar,so and so!!!since it's raksha bandhan ,so prepared this on account of the festival and it's also upakarma which is celebrated on the same day of raksha bandhan,it's like a triple joy preparing this

Mix semolina with a pinch of turmeric and two spoons of ghee by adding little water to form a dough.Rest it for about two hours by closing a plate in it.

In a mixer jar,take roasted gram,sugar and elaichi and grind into a fine powder

On a flat wooden surface,take a small ball sized dough,press it flat on a wooden surface and roll it with rolling pin.Then add one spoon of powdered gram and sugar and fold it and swirl it on it's sides.

Then in a kadai,add oil and start frying the prepared gujiyas untill it turns golden brown and crispy.Make sure,you do it only on low flame to avoid over frying of gujiyas.Relish your kadabu when it's hot.
