Ingredients

  • 3Potatoes
  • 5carrots
  • as neededoil
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • As neededwater
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add hot oil, add onion add tomato and green chilli mix.

  2. 2

    When the tomato becomes tender add fry 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add vegetables and mix well. Add 5 tablespoon water cook on low heat for 2 minutes or till tender.

  4. 4

    Garnishing with coriander leaves.
