Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupwater
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/4 cupcocoa powder
  4. 1/4 cupbutter or oil
  5. 1 tspdissolved coffee
  6. 12-15digestive biscuits
  7. as requiredCompound chocolate
  8. as requiredFresh cream
  9. as requiredWalnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan. Add water, cocoa powder, sugar, oil, coffee mix all these. And boil it on medium flame for 10 minutes. Let it side for cooling down.

    Break the biscuits in small pieces. After cooling mix it in biscuits very carefully.. add some roasted walnuts or your choice nuts in it.

    Take a tin for setting it with adjusting a foil paper (or if you have cake tin who seperates from bottom then you don't have any need of foil paper you may directly set in it) spread all the mixture in tin gently or evenly. Then refrigerate it for 2 hours.

    Take compound chocolate in a bowl or melt it. Add 1½ table spoon of cream in it and mix it. And spread it on top of your cake base evenly. Or refrigerate it for at least 1 hour. Time depends upon your refrigerator temperature. Garnish it with some chopped walnuts.
