Soya is an ingredient in which protein is the main ingredient. Usually curry is prepared using Soya chunks. If you don't like to eat Soya in the form of subji, prepare this Soya tikki, and I am sure everyone will love this. Serve it as a starter in your party or have it along with your evening tea time, you gonna like it for sure. It can accompanied with dhaniya pudina Chutney or ketchup as per your taste. This is healthy too as I have shallow fried it with little amount of oil.
