Peel the potatoes and wash them

Add in a saucepan, bring the water to boil, add seasoning of your choice and salt, reduce the heat and simmer for 4 minutes,

Drain the chips into a colander and let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes

Pour the oil into a deep frying pan and heat for a 5 minutes, then add your chips in to fry until they are just golden, it takes 8 to 10 minutes

In bowl, beat your eggs and add some salt

Heat a frying pan and add oil then add eggs, fry for 2 minutes

Prepare your kachumbari, slice tomato, onion and bellpaper, to reduce gas from onion wash with salt and water. Mix them together then add lemon juice and little salt to test
