Ingredients

  • 4bread slices
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • As required Oil for fry
  • 2-3cardamoms
  • 1/2 tspfennel seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the bread in different shapes. Deep fry in the ghee till crispy or golden brown.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add 1/2 cup sugar add a 1 cup water on medium flame. Add cardamom powder and fennel seeds.

  3. 3

    Take a frited bread pour in a sugar syrup. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
