Texan Glazed Pork Chops

Heat an oven to medium- high heat.

Fry pork chops in a non-stick pan with oil and salt until they have a nice crust. Remove and allow to cool.

Place peppers in a sheet pan and season with Mexican chilli powder and salt. Drizzle with oil and stir. Place into oven until tender.

Coat pork chops with salsa and place them on top of the peppers. Cook until the chops are sticky.

Rest chops and serve.
