Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour (about 250g)
  • 2 cupsripe bananas (about 3 to 4 medium bananas)
  • 1/3 cupbutter (about 75g)
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 2eggs
  • 1/4teaspoom of salt (if butter is unsalted)
  • 1/2 cupsugar (can cut down to 1/3 if extra raisins)
  • 3-4 ozraisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder

  2. 2

    Blend bananas, eggs, butter, then sugar

  3. 3

    Pour wet ingredients into dry mix

  4. 4

    Pour into 12 regular muffin pan and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
