Ingredients

3-4 hour
8-10 peoples
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 cupDesi ghee
  • 2 cupsugar
  • as neededDesi ghee for deep frying

Steps

3-4 hour
  1. 1

    Take curd,desi ghee and baking powder in a big bowl and them for 3-4minutes until fluffy then add flour with very carefully not knead only mix all the things
    Rest for 10 minutes
    Make one string sugar syrup with sugar and 1 cup water
    Take small balls from dough and fry for 30 minutes in medium heat after they are lukewarm and the syrup are also in room temperature than soak it for 2 minutes
    Now it's ready to serve
