Take a big bowl

Add all qeema in it add all spices and papaya paste kachri powder in it mix well

Rest it for 5 to y hour in a room temperature

After it take a pan fry onion brown it add qeema in it cook until oil left

If not tender add 1 cup water to more tender in a slow flame

Take another pan add chopped onion fry till brown pour in to qeema

Sekh kabab ready serve with onion and green chilli and ginger
