Ingredients

3-4 people
  • 1 cup boiled black chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup boiled potato cubes
  • 1Onion finely chopped
  • 1Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 Cucumber finely chopped
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • As required coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspChaat masala
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind Jaggery Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Green Chutney (Dhaniya Pudina)
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak overnight 1 cup black chickpeas. Pressure cook by adding Salt for 4-5 whistles.

  2. 2

    Boil and peel potatoes cut in cubes and keep aside. Meanwhile finely chop - onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cucumber, Coriander leaves and keep aside.

  3. 3

    In a big bowl add boiled chickpeas, now add potato cubes, chopped - onions, Tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and coriander leaves.

    Add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder.

  5. 5

    Add Tamrind Chutney and green chutney.

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice and mix well. Serve in a serving plate.

  7. 7

    Tasty Tangy Healthy Kala Chana Chaat loaded with fibers and Proteins is ready to serve.
