Firstly boil 1 litre milk add sugar, cardamom,dry fruits and turmeric powder to it. keep on stirring untill its consistency becomes little bit thick.switch the flame.

Now again boil 1 litre milk add vinegar,keep stirring untill proper crudles show in milk then strain water from.it,keep this 1/2 hour in strainer so that water remove completely.

Then knead this dough add cornflour to it make small ball from it.

Now take pan add 1 cup of sugar in 4 cups of water and boil it. put this balls in boiling sugar syrup.for 15.minutes on low flame.let them cool

Now remove from.sugar syrup serve in plate pour that milk which we have prepared earlier over it

Ras malai is ready to serve.
