2Brinjal Slices
1/2 cupgram flour
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspsalt
Pinchmitha soda
Oil for fry

Mix salt, mitha soda and red chilli powder with water to make thick batter.

Dip slices of Brinjal into gram flour batter and fry in medium hot oil.

Light brown Brinjal slices from both sides. Serve with any sauce.
