Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/4 cupragi sprouts
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1/4sachet eno
  • 1spoon salt
  • 1 tbspcurd

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Grind sprouted ragi to a coarse paste

  2. 2

    Mix suji, ragi paste, curd and salt and leave for 30 mins

  3. 3

    Add water and eno and mix Grease the moulds

  4. 4

    Steam idlis on medium flame for 15 mins

  5. 5

    Enjoy with chutney or sambhar
