Wheat chocolate cake

Take a bowl, to that add wheat flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda. Sieve it. Add sugar powder to it and mix it well.

Preheat a heat bottom vessel, place a ring/stand and cover and heat it. Grease a tin and spread some flour.

In another bowl, add water, curd, coffee, butter and vanilla essence. Whisk it altogether.

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Pour the batter in the tin and bake it for 35-40 minutes from high to medium flame.

To make the ganache, heat the cream and add chocolate to it, melt it. Now pour the ganache over the cake and garnish it with grated chocolate ❤
