Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in electric pan or large skillet. Medium Heat.
- 2
Mix eggs and water together in 1st bowl.
- 3
Mix flour and salt in 2nd bowl.
- 4
Wash zucchini on the outside, and slice 1/4” thick pieces.
- 5
After butter is melted, coat zucchini both sides with egg and then coat both sides with flour. Place in skillet. Brown both sides. And enjoy ❤️
