Ingredients

Enough Beef cut into bite size pieces for 2 persons
1 tblsmild Chilli oil
1/2 Tspdried chilli
1 green chilli pepper chopped
1/4 tspchilli paste
1Spring onion chopped
3 tblsSweet Chilli sauce
1 tsphoney
Enough Noodles for 2 persons

20 minutes

Add the dried Chilli peppers to the beef. Add the oil in the pan add onions and chopped chilli fry for 1 minute

Next add the chilli paste and stir. Then add the beef stir and cook on medium for 5 minutes next add the honey and the sweet Chilli sauce stir in then turn heat off and leave for 3-5 minutes

Add the noodles to the bowls

Next add the Beef on top chop the spring onion and add on top to garnish.

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
