Tuna, Anchovy, and Olive Sandwich – My Favorite! 😍

I've been looking forward to sharing this sandwich all week! If I had to pick a favorite sandwich, this would be it. It reminds me of my dad because he used to make it for me when I was little, and it's one of his favorites too. So here it is, made with lots of love.
Photo tips: Have someone else take an overhead shot (from above) for the easiest result. You can also use a tripod on the side of the table, set your phone timer for 5 or 10 seconds, focus on the sandwich so the background blurs, and wait for the photo! I edited mine by blurring the background a bit more and darkening the back with a brush. I also adjusted the paper, saturation, and warmth on the sandwich—all from my phone in just 5 minutes!

Steps
- 1
First, drain the tuna, removing as much oil as possible. Toast the bread a bit so it gets crispy, like it's freshly baked. Or, for an easier way, use the microwave grill if you have one—it works great.
- 2
For the tomato, if you have a tomato to rub on the bread, that's how I ate it at home. This time, I used some tomato spread left over from breakfast. Open the bread and spread tomato on both halves.
- 3
On the bottom half of the bread (the flatter side), add the tuna. Then add the drained anchovies and the olives, preferably sliced in half. Close the sandwich by bringing both halves together.
- 4
Now just enjoy! I cut mine in half because otherwise it's a bit hard to eat.
