Steps

Take flour add carom seeds, 2 spoon oil and salt make a smooth dough with water.

Take onion chopped them finely.

Take a kadhai add 1 spoon oil saute onion and add besan too.

After roast the Besan add salt Amchoor powder coriander powder red chilli and kasoori methi in it. Now let me it cool.

Take a small ball size dough.

Make a small Roti fill the stuffing and roll small again.

Fry all the kachori on law flame till they turn crispy and golden iin colour.serve hot.
