First boil the water,tn add the Soya chunks boil it for 2 to 3 mins, after that tranfer it to cold water and the squeeze the water in Soya chunks and keep it separate

After that put oil, jeera, mustard, curry leaves and tn add onion, capcicum and 🍅 fry till get soft

Tn add red chilli powder, coriander powder, Jeera powder,garam masala, turmeric and salt after add the Soya chunks (fry for 5to 7 mins) tn your Soya chunks fry is ready
