Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 3 cupspuffed rice
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1-2greenchillies
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • leavesCurry
  • as requiredCoriander for garnishing
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as required Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspasafoetida
  • 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  • As per taste Sugar (optional)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak puffed rice in water for 5 minutes drain the excess water immediately.

    Take oil in Pan add rye, hing curry leaves,finely chopped onion and saute then add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes add haldi powder, red chilli powder, salt and sugar mix it let it cook for 2 minutes then add puffed rice and mix it well. Cook for about 5 minutes and then it's ready to serve.
