Ingredients

  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 25 gmHung curd
  • 25 gmCashew and magaj (melon seeds)paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspnmustard oil
  • 1 tbspginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 3 tbspGram flour
  • 1lemon
  • 1 tspkashmir red chilli powder
  • Topping
  • as neededCoarsely crushed Cornflakes
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut paneer into cubes for marinated

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add curd, cashew, &magaj paste, ginger&garlic paste, kashmir red chily, turmeric, salt according to taste, gramflour, lemon juice and mix well,marinate paneer with prepared paste and close it and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour

    Take a plate coarsely crushed Cornflakes once paneer are marinated coat with corn flakes and keep aside for 10 mint so that itcoat nicely

  4. 4

    Take a kadhai. Preheat oil and fry.
