Wash and chop the breast chicken in 2 inches pieces now add in all the spices mentioned above mix it nicely then add red food color cover it & set aside for 15 minutes.

Besides heat up the oil then check by adding a small piece of chicken if it floats up easily the oil is ready for frying.set the stove burner on medium flame.

Now drop chicken pieces one after the other don’t overlap it otherwise it will not fry in & out.one more tip don’t try to flip it immediately it will leave its marination coating so let it cook for 3 minutes then gradually flip all of them now fry rest of them in the similar fashion.

Lastly, add a tablespoon of oil in a pan then add in the curry leaves & green chili’s sauté for a minute or two then pop it all over the fried chicken. The delicious juicy chicken 65 is ready to be served to enjoy as a starter meal or with any combination of food like dal & white rice..!!!
