Steps

Take a pan add 3tbsp spoon oil in it add washed meat in it

Fry well add ginger garlic paste and all spices in it and half packet shan sachet fry until it bonify

Fry well add 2 cups water to tender the meat

When it tendor add flour mixed with water and remaining shan sachet

Slowly slowly use spoon regularly to mix it well

Add 2 more cups water to cook flour

Taste it when it completely cook

Take another pan add chopped onion in it fry it in oil until it become brown

When it brown pour all nihari in it

Now it become ready to serve

Serve with green chilli lemon coriander Abd chopped ginger
