Ingredients

3 peoples
  • Mutton bong half kg
  • Red powder half tsp
  • Turmeric power 1tsp
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 sachetShan nehari masala
  • 1forth cup atta
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • 1 cupOil
  • Coriander little chopped
  • Ginger little chopped
  • 2Lemon
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Steps

    Take a pan add 3tbsp spoon oil in it add washed meat in it

  2. 2

    Fry well add ginger garlic paste and all spices in it and half packet shan sachet fry until it bonify

    Fry well add 2 cups water to tender the meat

  4. 4

    When it tendor add flour mixed with water and remaining shan sachet

    Slowly slowly use spoon regularly to mix it well

  6. 6

    Add 2 more cups water to cook flour

  7. 7

    Taste it when it completely cook

  8. 8

    Take another pan add chopped onion in it fry it in oil until it become brown

  9. 9

    When it brown pour all nihari in it

  10. 10

    4 min in a low flame

  11. 11

    Now it become ready to serve

    Serve with green chilli lemon coriander Abd chopped ginger
