Chocolate orange Sable cookies

Sable cookies are known for their sandy crumbly texture, these cookies come from the Normandy region of France. I have created an eggless version of these cookies. Also, these cookies are on a bitter side because I have used Cocoa powder & dark chocolate in these cookies, so if you guys do not prefer the bitter taste, you can skip the Coco powder and dark chocolate in the cookie dough. Happy baking
