Indian foods are incomplete without pickles. In my family nobody can eat food specially parathas or rice without pickles. So I made tangy lemon pickle with spices and without oil.

Indian foods are incomplete without pickles. In my family nobody can eat food specially parathas or rice without pickles. So I made tangy lemon pickle with spices and without oil.
Steps

Heat a pan and put whole spices in it.

Roast all whole spices on low flame till they changed colour.

Remove from flame and let it cool.

Grind them in mixer to a fine powder.

Wash and dry lemon and green chillies.
- 6
Cut lemons in 8 pieces, also cut chillies from middle.

Put them in a big mixing bowl and add all spices along with salt.

Mix all well with hand so spices can cover lemon pieces.

Transfer them in a glass jar and keep in sunlight for a week.

After 1 week tangy lemon pickle is ready, enjoy with parathas.
