"Green chilli pickle" a great way to sipce up your meal. Also it increases the sensitivity of our taste buds.

Steps

Dry roast all whole spices for a minute. Cool and grind to a coarse powder.

Wash green chillies, dry with a kitchen towel, remove stems and slit & cut into halves. Now transfer the masala powder onto the chillies. Also add turmeric, salt and lemon juice. Combine everything & mix well.

Now heat mustard oil, add a pinch of hing. Let it cool and pour over chillis. Add vinegar too and mix well. It can be consumed in a day or two. Keep under sun for 2 days for more flavors.
