Ingredients

4Bread slices
1 cupbesan/gram flour
to tastesalt and red chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
as neededoil for frying
2 tspchopped dhania/Coriander leaves
as neededwater

Steps

1

Heat oil in kadhai for frying.
2

In a bowl add besan and all spices.mix well. Add water and make batter.
3

Now cut bread in triangle shape.
4

Dip bread into the batter and deep fry it in hot oil.
5

Fry till golden brown and crispy.
6

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
