Soak dry red chillies for 6-7 hours

Then remove them from water and keep it in strainer until complete water drains.

In a mixi jar add dry chillies, peeled garlic, jeera, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves make fine paste

Now add sugar to it and again grind it.

Add lemon juice keep let it be for 10 minutes. Then mix well. Then add oil to it.

You can also try it in crusher.
