Ingredients

40 minutes
12 sliders
  1. Curry Sauce
  2. 3/4 cupmayonnaise (option to use light)
  3. 2 1/4 tspcurry powder
  4. 1 1/2 tbsplain yoghurt
  5. 1 1/2 tbsketchup
  6. 1garlic clove, minced
  7. Sliders
  8. 2 lbground turkey meat
  9. 2 slicesbacon, finely chopped
  10. 1/4 cupmayonnaise (option to use light)
  11. 6 tbsfresh cilantro, finely chopped
  12. 1/4 cupscallions, finely chopped (about 4 scallions)
  13. 2 tbsminced ginger
  14. 4 tspcurry powder
  15. 2 tspcumin
  16. 1 tsppaprika
  17. 1 tspsalt
  18. Vegetable oil for brushing the grill
  19. 12Hawaiian rolls, sliced
  20. Tomato, lettuce, red onion etc. for topping (optional)

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    To create the sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Let stand at room temperature while preparing sliders.

  2. 2

    To create the sliders, place first 10 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with a fork or your hands until just blended. Divide mixture into 12 equal portions. With wet hands, form each portion into a patty about 1 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Build a medium-hot fire on a grill. Brush grill grate with oil. Grill patties until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Assemble sliders, topping each with curry sauce and your favorite burger toppings. Enjoy!
