Ingredients

35 minutes
  • 2Portobello mushroom caps
  • 1 cupsautéed garlic spinach
  • to tasteroasted red peppers from a jar
  • 2 slicesprovolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoonsgarlic mayo
  • 2brioche buns

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    First marinate mushrooms with garlic and olive oil. Saute spinach with garlic and olive oil then set aside. Mix mayo and garlic, set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat grill to 450 degrees

  3. 3

    Grill mushrooms for about 5-8 minutes each side depending on how large your portobello is.

  4. 4

    Now assemble sandwich
