In a pan add oil.When oil is hot add onion,garlic,chilli, and cook until onions are transparent.

Add turmeric powder,coriander powder cook them till aromatic.

Peel off outer skin of potato and add it to pan.Smash and mix well.

To this add chopped spinach and mix well.Add salt.Cover and cook until spinach is cooked.Dont over cook.

Then add masala powder sTir well and switch off flame.

Then roll then to any shape.I have made into small cylindrical shape.

Dip in egg beaten with pepper powder and salt then coat with bread crumbs.

I have shallow fried this by taking ghee in tawa and cooked 4 sides.You can deep fry if needed in oil.

Enjoy this healthy tikki with chutney or sauce.
