Boil the milk on low flame for 10min then add 1/cup of sugar then whisk it well.then add the colurful vermicile and cook until vermicelli get soft

Make the mixture of vanilla powder and cornflour.then add it in the milk.on low flame

Cook it for medium flame bubbles will occur now this stage.cook it for 15 min.

The consistenncy of the milk should be not too much thick. It should be like a kheer. Now the mixture is ready turn off the flame.

Bring it on the room temperature.it should be on a room temperature now you will add the condensed milk as you like it. And add cream whisk it well.

Now add the fruit cocktail cham cham jellies as you like it.garnish with your fav nuts.and mix it well

Now put your doodh dulari on freezer for 2hrs it should be chilled and enjoy it
