Dry roast all saboot masale and make a powder.

Cut paneer into pieces and shallow fry it.Now heat 2 Tsp oil,add chopped onion, tomato, garlic-ginger, cashews & fry all together with little salt & cook for 1 min.Wait for cool down the mixture then add little water and make a paste of it.

On the same pan add butter with tej patta, green chillies, kasoori methi and saute it. Now add gravy paste with little water & cook for 1 min. Add paneer pieces and 1 cup of water and cook until a boil. Add cream & Sprinkle chopped Coriander.
