250grm of chickpea flour
2 tablespoonsrice flour
, 50 ml water
1 table spoonchilli powder
1 table spoonsalt
as required Oil to deep fry

Mix chickpea flour and rice flour together with water adding all spices into a soft dough.

Take a muruku marker and place the required quantity of dough
3

Press the machine circularly in the piping hot oil and fry until golden colour.

Can be preserved for one week in air tight container
